This past week has been horrible.
I lost my dream job. Felt so out of place and lost, drank way to much ate even worse & barely worked out.
Well things are changing quickly.
I will be starting my Master Cleanse tomorrow & working out to Insanity every day and running six miles this week, just to get me through until I get my planet fitness membership, which then I will be getting up @ 4:00 am & working out for two hours Mon-Thursday!! So even though I took 10 steps backwards, I will be doing all that I can to leap forward!!
We all fall, it’s weather or not you get back up that defines you :)
What better way to start off your day?
150 grams of sweet potato mashed
1 scoop of whey protein
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1 tbsp of cinnamon
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Cook batches in pre-sprayed skillet/waffle maker on medium high temperature until bubbles form on the surface, then turn over and cook until dark golden brown.
- Serve with cinnamon and sugar free syrup.

Serving Size (Without Walnuts)
3 slices of Turkey bacon (pat the grease off with a paper towel)
4 egg whites sprinkled with mozzarella cheese
1 slice of whole wheat toast w/ 1 tsp. of PB
1 cup of Orange juice
Warm-up on treadmill 5 minutes
Jump off & stretch out the muscles
get back on jog for a minute @ 3 pace run for a minute @ 4 pace repeat 5x
10 sprints
20 lunges
30 squats
40 Russian twists
Stretch for 5 minutes
Protein shake and a pat on the back :))
*1 cup of turkey
*Mixed greens
*2 hard boiled egg whites
*1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
*1 tsp. Olive oil
Serve chili with a mixed green side salad topped with 2 hard boiled egg whites and dressed with oil and vinegar.
